my favorite trees!!alright i am in Hawaii and it is amazing as usually really it's just nice to be away from home!! in fact i already got one paper finished just one more to go! so anyway! yesterday we flew in and basically just went to the hotel got some food walked the beach and went to bed! it was an exhausting day!!

today we decided to hike to diamond head crater. we do not have a rental car on this island so we decided lets just walk there we looked it up on the map and it seemed to be only about a 2.5 mile walk not bad! so we walked little did we realize it would be more of a climb to get there than a walk (it was mostly up hill). but it was fun! once we reached the bottom of the crater it's another mile to the top which is definitely a hike. it was not the easiest thing we have done but not even close to the hardest so it was good! there were 284 stairs to climb in this 1 mile hike up. (yes i counted and by the way there are 183 up to our room from the bottom of the hotel) so after we hiked up and down we got ourselves so shave ice and made the long walk back to the hotel and up the stairs to our room! by the way the entire trip was a little over 8 miles! kind of long but it was a lot of fun!!

OK random and sorry the picture is bad i tried to sneak itlook at this guys outfit so much better in person but you get the idea!
